The Porsche Design Tower Miami is the first residential real estate project from Porsche Design and combines the characteristics of the brand: functional design, technical innovation, and trend-setting technologies. The highlight of the 60- storey tower is the patented, revolutionary car lift system that takes residents sitting in their vehicles up to their luxury homes “in the clouds”.
This lift is, however, only one of the luxury features that the Porsche Design Tower Miami offers its residents: Almost all residential units are equipped with a pool and an outdoor kitchen on the balcony. This is a first of its kind in the whole of Miami and is usually reserved for penthouse flats.
“Being able to witness the completion of the Porsche Design Tower Miami is a very special moment for the brand Porsche Design. The functional design, which makes the DNA of the brand, will accompany the residents in all areas of daily life and offer a unique quality of living: A perfect blend of function and technology”, says Jan Becker, the CEO of the Porsche Design Group. Perfectly tailored to the exceptional design language of the Porsche Design Tower, the 132 residential units in the building have been equipped with exclusive luxury kitchens by Poggenpohl.
Poggenpohl designers planned spacious, state-of-the-art kitchens customised to suit the individual needs of the owners. The choice of high-quality material perfectly matches the technical impression of the building. A majority of the new flat owners therefore opted for the innovative glass front carbon.
Porsche Design and Poggenpohl are linked by a long-standing partnership. Both companies have been synonymous with unique design, functional perfection and innovative materials for decades now. In September 2007, they presented the jointly developed kitchen P ́7340 Design by Studio F. A. Porsche, marking a milestone in the history of fitted kitchens. In 2014, Poggenpohl and Porsche Design continued their successful cooperation in developing the P ́7350 Design by Studio F. A. Porsche. Both kitchen concepts have received multiple international design prize awards.
